Orders/Payment

Reservation for your order is not guaranteed until a minimum 50% deposit is received. Please understand that due to the time required to complete an order, space in my calendar is limited. I can NOT hold a spot without a deposit. 

Deposit must be received within 48 hours of quote/invoice. 

A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for an order. 

Rush orders (less than 2 weeks notice) may be able to be accommodated (based on my availability) for a non-refundable 10% rush charge.  Payment for rush orders is due the same day as the quote/invoice is sent to you, as follows:

     Rush orders placed within the same week as pick up require non-refundable payment in full

     Rush orders placed less than 2 weeks, but more than 1 week, prior to pick up date require a 50% deposit, plus rush charge

For all orders (excluding same week rush orders):  Balance is due in full 2 days before pick up date.  

No cookies will be released without prior payment in full.

I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, ACH, debit and credit cards.

Payment using ACH or debit/credit cards will be via invoice.

I offer a 3% discount if paying by cash or Zelle.

FOR SEABREEZE RESIDENTS ONLY:  Cash payments may be left in my mailbox, or I can pick them up. I ask that you text/call me if you leave a payment in my mailbox. 

Cancellations

Cancellations received more than 3 weeks prior to pick up date will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received 1-3 weeks prior to pick up date will not be refunded; however, a one time credit of money paid to date will be issued for a future order, so long as order is placed within 30 days of date of cancellation. If no order is placed within the 30 day period, the credit will be forfeited. Should the order using the credit be cancelled, no additional credits will be given. 
Cancellations received less than 1 week prior to pick up date will not be refunded and no credit will be issued.
No refund or credit of rush charge, if any, will be given at any time.
Should Creative Cookies need to cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be provided, along with a 10% discount on a future order.

Pick Up

Due to NJ law, cookies may not be shipped.

Orders will be picked up curbside at Creative Cookies.  Details will be provided prior to pick up.

My normal pick up day is Friday, from 11am-2pm or 5pm-7pm.

A different pick up day/time may be able to be accommodated for extenuating circumstances.

We will schedule a specific time, with a 15 minute window. If you’re running late or cannot make it during your scheduled time, please contact me immediately so that we can reschedule. If I do not hear from you (no call/no show), the pick up will be rescheduled and a $20 late fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before your order is released to you. 

NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ORDERS NOT PICKED UP ON SPECIFIED DAY/TIME. 

 

FOR SEABREEZE RESIDENTS ONLY:

Orders may be delivered to your home, based on my availability.

Different days/times can be scheduled for Seabreeze residents, based on my availability.

Miscellaneous

Creative Cookies, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the order once the order is in your possession.

Creative Cookies, LLC reserves the right to capture and use photographs or video taken of your cookies for display and promotional purposes without any compensation to you. 

Creative Cookies, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. 

These policies are effective 3/1/25.
